🔁 Before (Client’s Rough Demo)
✅ After (Final Mix/Master)
ZAEE reached out with a clear vision for her track Sorry But I Moved On (SBIMO)—she wanted it to hit like a modern house-pop anthem. The goal was to build a groovy, bass-driven chorus anchored by a piano rhythm she really loved, while keeping the energy bold and empowering.
Drawing inspiration from Dua Lipa’s sonic world, I crafted a production that channels her signature tight grooves, powerful basslines, and club-ready energy.
Blending infectious house rhythms with distorted textures, rhythmic breaks, and sparkly ear candy, the track was designed to evolve with every section, keeping it dynamic and engaging.
The arrangement and sound design were guided by a modern, danceable feel, while the clean, expressive vocals added contrast and clarity to the driving low end.
From start to finish, I handled the full production, mix, and master, refining every detail to match her energy and emotional intent. The final track is bold, polished, and built to move people—just like she envisioned.
Final Note
This project was all about translating confidence into sound—ZAEE knew what she wanted, and it was a blast bringing that vision to life. SBIMO is punchy, empowering, and impossible not to move to.
